PWA Financial Group are authorised Stratacore business advisers. We can provide you with a structured approach to identifying the opportunities within your business and assist you in implementing an action plan to address those opportunities. This is a 2 part process:
- Completing a Stratacore Business Health Check and developing an action plan
- Implementing the action plan and providing on-going support and advice
Stratacore Business Health Check Report:
- a report on your business, highlighting areas needing attention
- action plans to schedule the monthly activities that improve business performance are included
- designed to be used annually
- customised to each client
COST: $1,250 to $2,500 (dependent on complexity of action plan)
Includes:
- Initial interview to complete questionnaire
- Follow-up interview to review report
- Assistance with preparation of action plan
Ongoing business support in various key business areas including:
- Various training days on specific business topics delivered by industry experts – topics include: 25 Traits of a Successful Business, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, Intellectual Property, Risk Management, Human Resources, Business Management
COST: $100/day
- Assistance with implementing the Action plan (or other business tools) by Stratacore Business Adviser
COST: $250/hour
- Monthly/Quarterly review and assistance by Stratacore Business Adviser
COST: $250/hour
- Annual Stratacore Business Health Check Report
COST: $1,250 - $2,500 (dependent on complexity of action plan)
- Various seminars conducted throughout the year that we will advise you of when scheduled
COST: Free
Specific Key Business Topics Training
- Stratacore uses experts from each field of business to conduct training days on specific key business topics.
